Q: How much does it cost?

Each system can vary slightly in price and this is because we can taylor the system to meet specifically with your requirements but from experience we have found that for a four camera system in a typical sized office we can fit and supply for £2,100.00 excl VAT

Q: Can KCS maintain my CCTV?

KCS can maintain your system for an annual fee of 12% based on the initial setup cost. The maintenance will include 2 site visits, remote technical support and all software update installations (based on the £2100.00 set up cost the maintainance will come to £252.00 per annum).

Q: Where are my recordings stored and how do i play back the footage?

The footage is stored on the Digital Video Recorder and can be played back at anytime on either the LCD screen or remotely form any location by accessing the DVR's hard drive (full training will be given if purchased with instilation or maintenance).

Q: Can I import footage and save it to another device?

Yes the footage can be stored on any memory device so that you are able to access important footage at the drop of a hat.

Q: Is logging onto my CCTV remotely secure?

Yes only the people with the correct user names and passwords are able to connect to your CCTV remotely and you can change your password at any time.

Q: How will this benefit my business?

Q: Will my current internet setup be able to cope with the CCTV system if I want to access it remotely?

The system requires broadband and a suitable modem / router (most broadband modems/routers will work)
